Consoling the heart of Jesus

Good Friday meditation drawing  When Saint Therese was a little girl she had a prayer card with a painting of Jesus imprisoned in his cell looking at a single flower. This single flower was the source of his consolation. Saint Therese from those moments wished to be that flower providing comfort to our Lord throughout her life.

Victory

Last year my one word was "Encourage".

I thought that God would give me a lot of opportunities to encourage others. Well, He did. But more than that, He encouraged me!

I received a lot of encouragement from friends and family to do font designing. A British pop band also purchased the rights to use my font on their album and website! That was a great encouragement.

A church circulated my Be Kind artwork and many wanted to have a copy of their own!

In our service to street children, we had many sessions wherein the volunteers outnumbered the children! This is a great encouragement!

This 2013, it was a long time coming but now i finally have my word... It's VICTORY!

Being the "year of Faith" the verse from 1 John puts this victory in perspective.

You can never tell what God had up His holy sleeve so I'm just going to let the blessing of this Word unfold as He sees fit.

Somehow my sense is that mountains will move this year like never before. We'll just have to wait and see!
